tie Limited would like to thank all those who participated in the publication of the draft EARL Bill. All contributions received were reviewed, and where possible, an alteration has been made to the final Bill documents. This was the first time that a Private Bill has been through such a process and the EARL team has found it extremely valuable.

The Bill documents are currently being finalised and will be introduced to the Scottish Parliament in January 2006.
